Paul McIvor, Managing Director of AQS Ltd, brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. His expertise lies in commercial management and quantity surveying, having worked across specialized subcontracting and main contracting organizations. Paul's diverse experience includes working on projects within petrochemical, residential housing, distilleries, renewable energy plants, and large-scale infrastructure developments. His strengths in cost control, risk management, contract administration, and project delivery are crucial to the company’s success.
